Peter McGoldrick Joins Alliant Insurance Services, Serves Power Generation Client Base
McGoldrick focuses on serving developers, owners and operators of thermal and renewable power generation facilities
Over the past 15 years, McGoldrick has helped power generation clients identify, mitigate and manage risk, often serving in an outsourced risk manager capacity, fully integrated into clients’ day-to-day operational teams. In addition to negotiating risk transfer placements for property, builders’ risk and third-party liability, McGoldrick focuses much of his time on contractual risk management review as well as supporting clients’ project finance and M&A transactions.

McGoldrick has held various positions at several national and international brokerage firms with demonstrated expertise across all lines of coverage and industry sectors, including power, private equity and financial institutions. He began his insurance career as a liability underwriter at Liberty Mutual, focusing on complex, loss-sensitive risk programs as well as captive and alternative risk financing vehicles.
