PeopleStrategy Names Industry Vet Jim Prekop as new CEO

EDISON, N.J., Jan. 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- PeopleStrategy Inc.^®, a provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions combined with full-service insurance brokerage services, today announced the appointment of Jim Prekop as its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Prekop, an industry veteran who recently joined the company to drive revenue, steps into the CEO role with a continued focus on Client Acquisition and New Markets growth.  Prior to PeopleStrategy, Mr. Prekop held executive positions with HCM industry leaders Workday and PeopleSoft.

Randy Cooper, the Founder and former CEO of the company moves into the Chief Strategy Officer role, focused on continuing to refine the company's unique marriage of technology, insurance, and white-glove service.
