Pekin Insurance receives ‘superior’ rating

Jun. 8--Pekin Insurance has received a "superior" rating by the Ward Group, an Aon Hewitt company, for personal lines claims customer experience.

Their rating was determined through a customer-survey process, and measures the likelihood customers will recommend a company's services.
