Paramount Announces Release Date for Third Quarter 2025 Results

Paramount Group, Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) (“Paramount” or the “Company”) announced today that it will file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and release its third quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 after the end of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

As previously announced, on September 17, 2025, the Company entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Rithm Capital Corp. In light of this pending transaction, the Company does not intend to host a conference call to discuss the third quarter results or provide an update to previously issued guidance.
