Mangum said Miller has been charged with driving left of center, driving with license revoked, failed to register vehicle and no insurance.
Miller, still shaking minutes after the accident as he stood looking at his damaged car, said he wasn't sure what happened. His best guess was that something happened to the front left tire, which made him lose control of the vehicle.
"Next minute, it was gone. That's what I imagine," Miller said.
When asked how he was feeling, Miller struggled to find the words.
"(I'm) traumatized that maybe someone's hurt," Miller said.
