SCAN Health Plan Appoints David Milligan as Vice President of Sales

Prior to joining SCAN he served as vice president of sales compliance for <org>HealthSpring/Bravo Health</org>, a <location value="LU/us.md.bltmre" idsrc="xmltag.org">Baltimore</location>-based operator of <org>Medicare Advantage</org> health plans. Milligan has also served as a senior sales director at CareMore Health Plan, vice president of customer retention at <org value="ACORN:1435786410" idsrc="xmltag.org">United Health Group</org>, and director of sales at <org value="ACORN:3527510732" idsrc="xmltag.org">PacifiCare Health Systems</org>. </p><p> He earned a Master of Business Administration at <org>Loyola Marymount University</org> in <location value="LU/us.ca.losang" idsrc="xmltag.org">Los Angeles</location>, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at <org>California State University, Long Beach</org>.
