Higgins, who began his role in June, brings a wide breadth of technology and leadership expertise to NOW Insurance’s leadership team. With nearly two decades of engineering and business leadership experience, Higgins is responsible for undertaking NOW Insurance’s major initiatives in developing its advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms to streamline traditionally outdated insurance application processes. He will also oversee translating and facilitating communications from his highly technical teams to help build NOW’s increasing partner network.
