PR Web

SEATTLE (PRWEB) August 27, 2018

Northwest Plan Services (NWPS), announces the acquisition of Kaufmann and Goble Associates ("K&G"), solidifying their ability to meet growing demand for conflict free, un-bundled retirement and health & welfare plan services.

Founded in 1971, K&G is a benefits consultant, actuary, recordkeeper and administrator, primarily servicing multi-employer DB, DC, and health and welfare trusts for over 20 clients and 50 plans. The combination with K&G adds 20 retirement plan professionals to the NWPS staff, including a leader in the multi-employer trust area, K&G's founder, Sid Kaufmann.

"We have tremendous respect for K&G, its principals and employees," said Tim Wulfekuhle, President and Chief Executive Officer of NWPS. "Their multi-employer expertise will be a great addition to the services we can offer to our clients and advisors and their actuarial practice will add depth to our current practice. We are very happy to be working with them".

"Our capabilities complement each other extremely well," added Sid Kaufmann. "We are excited to join the NWPS team and see stability for our clients and significant growth opportunities ahead, driven by the confluence of a strong market position, an industry leading service delivery model and the addition of people and technology resources.
