Robbery: Rebekah Arney, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 8:39 am on Dec. 6 in Brunswick for second-degree robbery aided by another, second-degree criminal mischief criminal mischief with intent to damage another person's property, possession of burglar tools, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property valued in excess of $1,000, and third-degree criminal trespassing in an enclosed property.
Trespassing: Shadoe Warren, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 8:27 am on Dec. 6 in Brunswick for third-degree criminal trespassing in an enclosed property.
DWI: Danielle Rosa, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 7:55 pm on Dec. 6 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
DWI: Timothy Goewey, 57, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 1:30 am on Dec. 9 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated.
Arson: John Martin, 27, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 11:30 am on Dec. 9 in Rensselaer for third-degree arson to intentionally damage a structure or vehicle and fifth-degree conspiracy.
Fraud: Christa Whitbeck, 38, of Albany, was arrested at 2:15 am on Dec. 9 in North Greenbush for fourth-degree insurance fraud of an amount in excess of $1,000 and fifth-degree conspiracy.
Sex Offense: Shawn Gillingham, 33, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was arrested at 8:50 am on Dec. 10 in Schodack for forcible touching of the intimate parts of another person and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
Criminal Contempt: William Griffin, 35, of Troy, NC, was arrested at 2:30 pm on Dec. 10 in Sand Lake for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.
DWI: Cody Simpson, 26, of Averill Park, was arrested at 5:25 am on Dec. 8 in Albany for driving while intoxicated.
DWI: Melissa Daniele, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 8:55 pm on Dec. 10 in Troy for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
DWI: Aung Oo, 53, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 9:38 pm on Dec. 11 in Watervliet for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
Endangerment: Jacob Trippoda, 19, of Cohoes, was arrested at 7:40 am on Dec. 11 in Schodack for second-degree reckless endangerment.
Auto Theft: Rasheeda Brown, 36, of Cohoes, was arrested at 12:10 am on Dec. 13 in Rensselaer for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owner's consent.
