National Association of Plan Advisor (NAPA) Names Two UBS Financial Advisors to Its Annual Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40

Targeted News Service (Press Releases)

NEW YORK, Jan. 19 -- UBS, a financial services provider, issued the following news release:

The National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) has named two UBS advisors to their annual "Top Retirement Plan Advisors Under 40" list. Advisors are judged based on experience, book of business, and industry leadership.

"Our 401(k) and institutional consultants provide essential guidance and expertise to businesses as they support their employees' long-term goals," said Tom Naratil, President Wealth Management Americas and President Americas for UBS. "Brian and Dan are great examples of how we're strengthening WMA's capabilities in this important area and meeting the evolving needs of our clients as they prepare their businesses for the future. Congratulations to both of them on this important achievement."

"This is another great honor for our team that I'm happy to share with them. We believe accolades like this are a true testament to our continued pursuit of excellence in serving our Plan Sponsor clients and their employees," said Brian Catanella, who works with his father Kenneth Catanella, as part of the Catanella Institutional Consulting Group in Philadelphia. "In an environment of increasing complexity and change, we are dedicated to delivering on our clients' broader needs and committed to finding the right solutions for them now and in the future."

The finalists are reviewed based on pre-determined quantitative and qualitative data such as experience, book of business, industry leadership and compliance history. Neither UBS Financial Services or its employees pay a fee in exchange for these rankings. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
