James brings a diverse perspective to the agency with 20 years of experience in finance, banking, insurance, and consulting. During his 10 years at Progressive Insurance, he was responsible for treasury, scaling operations, strategic planning, organizational development, and researching new innovative ideas to enhance and grow the business.

With aggressive growth plans in place, James will lead the efforts to scale the operations, embark on adding more highly-qualified insurance professionals, and polishing the multi-line insurance brokerage house. This is a new position, and James will enhance the capabilities of Nahai Insurance Services to support, strengthen, and grow the insurance business with clients around the country.
