The solution will be initially implemented for the group, worksite, and individual products including life, disability income in the Caribbean, as a growth engine for the international business of CUNA Mutual Group.

Wynsure, an industry leading Insurance Policy Administration Solution, is used by many of the leading insurance carriers in North America and Europe. It is a premier platform from Mphasis Wyde, which offers personalized technology solutions for the entire insurance industry, making the customer more agile, flexible and profitable.

CUNA Mutual Group’s international division serves credit unions and members in the Caribbean. For this purpose, Mphasis Wyde will provide the Wynsure solution and oversee its implementation, initial training and data conversion support.

Through this project, CUNA Mutual Group will enjoy the implementation of a modern, scalable and integrated Policy Admin System in the Caribbean that will not only support the full Policy Life Cycle from enrollment to claims but will also give CUNA Mutual Group the flexibility to meet the ever changing demands of the insurance landscape.
