Motorcyclist Injured In Crash Sues Over Denied DI Claim
EAST ST. LOUIS — A man who became disabled after a motorcycle crash is suing his insurer for allegedly denying of his disability benefits coverage. Terry Roundcount filed a complaint Nov. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois against Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, alleging violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
