HONOLULU, Hawaii, Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Micky Yamatani is recognized by Continental Who's Who among Pinnacle Professionals in the field of Legal Services. Micky is an Attorney in private practice.
Licensed to practice law in both Hawaii and New York, Micky has been in practice since 1990. She is a Japanese native who is fluent in both English and Japanese languages. Her linguistic skills have been a great asset in working on multi-national custody disputes in her family law cases.
Although Micky has worked extensively in the areas of family law, she has additional expertise in commercial litigation, estate and trust issues (including elder law) and personal injury. Furthermore, prior to opening her private practice, she served as the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu and Maui. She has also worked in Japan, working in the legal department of one of the major insurance companies in Japan.
A member of Hawaii and New York Bar Associations, Micky received her JD from the University of Hawaii William S. Richardson School of Law and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
