McWhirter, Bellinger & Associates secures over $1 million in settlement for auto accident victim

The case was settled outside of court and the victim was ultimately awarded $975,000 from the insurance policy of the bar that served the driver who hit her, and an additional $100,000 from the defendant's policy to account for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. The victim also received the defendant's policy limit for property damage caused to her vehicle.

The case was pending in Lexington County under case number 2018-CP-32-02277 at the time of the settlement.
