- The Medicare Advantage market experienced a membership increase in 4Q25 with over 987,100 million new members, representing a 3% growth, from 4Q24.
- Between 4Q24 and 4Q25, membership for the Individual market lost approximately 489,000 members.
- The Employer-group risk and Employer-group ASO (administrative services only for self-funded plans) segments provide the largest sources of coverage in the industry, however, while Employer-group ASO saw a 1.5 million increase of enrollees from 4Q24, the Employer-group risk market experienced a -2.8% year-over-year membership decline.
- Managed Care Organizations and Fee-for-Service Medicaid programs experienced a -3.7% decline in membership from the previous year.
