Mark Bilger Joins York as Chief Information Officer

In this role, Mark will oversee York's enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, support, and corporate security. He will also lead the technology teams and manage the development of York's technology solutions.

Mr. Bilger has more than 35 years' experience developing and driving technology strategies and solutions. Prior to joining York, he held executive and senior leadership positions overseeing customer IT strategies, innovation programs and worldwide application delivery for leading technology companies including Dell and EDS. Most recently he was an executive consultant with the Feld Group Institute, where he guided clients' information technology strategies with a special focus on applications portfolio planning and modernization.
