Magnifact®, (http://www.magnifact.com) a specialized Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Visualization firm, today announced the addition of Bonnie Wasgatt as Advisor, Insurance Industry Strategy, and Scott Cochran as Advisor, Enterprise Strategy, to its Board of Advisors.

Bonnie and Scott will join Ken Hager (Advisor, Finance Strategy) on the Board. This expanded advisory team will continue to provide guidance to management as Magnifact continues to increase its market share in the Life and Health Insurance, and Artificial Intelligence space.

Bonnie Wasgatt (Advisor, Insurance Industry Strategy) has 35 years of Life and Annuity Insurance expertise specializing primarily in IT Development/Delivery and organizational transformation related to new business models, acquisitions and distribution growth. Formerly, the Chief Information Officer at Jackson National Life Insurance Company, she has focused on strategic initiatives, technology delivery partner relations, new business launches and IT delivery models in support of the growing digital consumer and distribution demand. Bonnie has led organizational transformations in support of block acquisitions and new channel launches across a wide spectrum of Life and Annuity Firms and Products.

Scott Cochran (Advisor, Enterprise Strategy) serves as an independent advisor with an emphasis on strategy and M&A. He has 24 years of experience in the life and life reinsurance industry. Scott was previously an Executive Vice President at RGA, where he built/and led businesses, served as CRO and numerous other roles over a 13 year period. Prior to RGA, Scott worked at Swiss Re and various primary life insurance companies. Scott is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and received his MBA from Washington University.
