Lugo resident arrested for defrauding 25 people with fake insurance policies
A resident of Lugo has been arrested by the National Police accused of defrauding 25 people who were tricked into paying for insurance policies that were false. The payments were made by hand and no such coverage ever existed. The investigation lasted nine months.
