Legislature may not regulate how Medicare Advantage providers are compensated
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston ruled in favor of the Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Products Association in upholding a decision by the federal District Court in San Juan that ruled that the Puerto Rico Legislature cannot legislate to regulate networks or the manner in which Medicare Advantage providers are compensated.
