Leadership Reorganization at Pinnacol Assurance

DENVER, May 30, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Pinnacol Assurance is retooling its leadership structure in order to support its efforts to focus on customers and advance its digital innovations.

Mark Isakson, who had been Senior Vice President of Operations, now becomes the company's Chief Customer Officer. He will serve as the senior executive overseeing operations, information services and agency relations.

Quincy Douglass, previously the Associate Vice President of Customer Experience, will become Vice President of Operations, overseeing underwriting, claims, medical operations and customer experience.
