Kyle Snoke named FNOL vice president at Erie Insurance

ERIE, Pa., November 15, 2022-Erie Insurance(ERIE) has named Kyle Snoke as vice president, Customer Service - FNOL, effective Dec. 8.

Snoke joined ERIE in 2008 as a property adjuster in the company's Murrysville (Pa.) branch and has held several roles within the claims division, including claims reinspector, claims examiner, claims supervisor and claims manager.

"Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge from the claims discipline to his new role," said Dave Russo, senior vice president, Customer Service at ERIE. "His knowledge and perspective will be great assets in the First Notice of Loss department as his team offers front-line support to our customers during times of need."

Snoke earned a bachelor's in business management from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and an MBA from the University of Arizona in 2022. He has holds Associates in Claims (AIC), Associates in Insurance Services (AIS), Associates in Insurance (AINS) and Personal Lines Coverage Specialist (PCLS) industry designations.

Snoke succeeds Ann Carlin, who retired in 2022 after 29 years with ERIE, in the company's FNOL leadership role.
