Moderated by Anthony O'Donnell, Executive Editor of Insurance Innovation Reporter, the session will explore how technology is being leveraged in real-world insurance use cases to deploy intelligent software robots as a digital workforce to perform both routine back office processes and more strategic process automation tasks.
