Keystone First Rated Among the Top Medicaid Plans in Pennsylvania

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keystone First, a Blue Cross Medical Assistance (Medicaid) product and the largest Medical Assistance managed care product in Southeastern Pennsylvania, announced today that it is one of the top four Medicaid health plans in Pennsylvania according to the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s (NCQA’s) Medicaid Health Insurance Plan Ratings 2015–2016.
