Kawlewski arrested after 2-vehicle crash

Jun. 29--Otter Tail County deputies arrested Gwen Kawlewski Wednesday evening after a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of 295th Avenue and 470th Street.

In addition to DWI and a drug charge, Kawlewski was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance.
