Cleveland Daily Banner (TN)

The following information was gathered solely from the Bradley County Sheriff's Office. This list includes individuals who are, or have been, incarcerated in the Justice Center, and can include arrests made by the BCSO, the Cleveland Police Department, the Charleston Police Department, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Drug Task Force and other local law enforcement agencies.

Those being held by federal law enforcement are not listed, as these individuals are only held at the jail, but not locally charged.

Names, ages and addresses are published as provided by the BCSO.

Not every arrest leads to a conviction, as these charges may be rescinded.

Guilt and innocence are determined through the court system.

Any charge that is dropped should be reported to the Cleveland Daily Banner, which will confirm the action through an inspection of jail records.

Timothy Dean Anderson, 34, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with failure to appear (criminal trespass).

Brittany Shae Barefield, 33, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with misdemeanor violation of probation.

Shaun Phillip Bigwood, 44, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with false report to an officer, insurance fraud $10,000-$60,000.

Roger Dwayne Bond, 54, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with violation of probation.

Ross Anderson Bright, 30, of Cleveland/Cookeville, was arrested by the Charleston Police Department and charged with second offense of driving under the influence, following too closely, simple possession/casual exchange, unlawful drug paraphernalia, violation of open container law, driving on a revoked driver's license.

Terry David Brink Jr., 31, of Georgetown/Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with violation of probation (reckless endangerment).

Nathan Paul Burris, 49, of Charleston, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Antonio Ramon Carr Jr., 25, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with child abuse and neglect (if non-violent).

John Champlain Chambers II, 32, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with misdemeanor violation of probation.

Vera Renee Cheek, 37, of Benton/Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with capias: failure to appear (five counts of burglary, five counts of vandalism over $1,000, theft of property over $1,000), capias: failure to appear (burglary, theft of property), failure to appear (possession of drug paraphernalia), scire facias failure to appear (possession of drug paraphernalia), violation of probation (five counts of burglary, five counts of vandalism over $1,000).

Cyruss Jager Clabough, 30, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with failure to appear (violation of probation), manufacture/sell/delivery/ possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange.

Frances Louise Clark, 56, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with theft of property (other).

Justin Lynn Conner, 37, of Chattanooga, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with theft up to $1,000, theft of property $2,500-$10,000, three counts of aggravated burglary.

John Mitchell Cook, 46, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with failure to appear (driving on a revoked driver's license, violation of registration law), joyriding.

Steven Dewayne Crisp, 32, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with violation of probation (aggravated assault), resisting arrest.

Ricardo Jose Marinho Dasilva Jr., 33, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Colby Justin Dispain, 21, of Old Fort, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with criminal trespass, simple possession/casual exchange.

Joseph Patrick Duggan, 31, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with failure to appear (manufacture/sell/delivery of meth), failure to appear (simple possession).

Timothy Scott Dunn, 38, of Ducktown, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (Polk County), simple possession/casual exchange (Polk County).

Crystle Nicole Ellison, 36, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with manufacture/delivery/sell of controlled substance (felony), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Schedule IV drug violations.

Caleb A. Fiveash, 19, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with public intoxication, violation of alcoholic beverage laws.

James Edmund Goins Jr., 26, of Old Fort, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with failure to serve jail time (violation of probation), failure to appear (meth, drug paraphernalia), failure to appear (simple possession, meth), violation of probation (shoplifting).

Reginald Randolph Goss Jr., 45, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with scire facias failure to appear (public intoxication, resisting arrest, vandalism).

Johnny Lee Hawkins, 50, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with misdemeanor violation of probation.

Gwendolyn Faye Johnson, 35, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with aggravated assault (domestic), criminal trespass.

Joseph Paul Krauser Jr., 57, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with failure to serve jail time.

Nathan Cody Long, 30, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment (8 and under).

Tabitha Lynn Lunsford, 46, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with manufacture/sell/delivery of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Willie Denard Malone, 42, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with riding on roadways and bicycle paths, simple possession/casual exchange.

Kenny Mitchell McCroskey, 60, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with violation of community corrections, evading arrest.

Terry Glenn Miller, 61, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with simple possession of meth, possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tina Lynn Park, 55, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with two counts of theft from building.

Joseph Franklin Lee Payne, 39, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with manufacture/delivery/sell of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Lee Roberts, 54, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with manufacture/sell/delivery of meth, violation of vehicle registration, possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Lawson Self, 73, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with driving unregistered vehicle, simple possession of Schedule II drugs.

Jacob Lee Shelton, 32, of McDonald, was arrested by the Bradley County Sheriff's Office and charged with capias: failure to appear (burglary, theft over $1,000), failure to appear (simple possession, criminal impersonation), failure to pay SUMS (burglary).

Robin Wade Stewart, 52, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with public intoxication, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyqwon Obryan Ware, 26, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and charged with driving on a revoked driver's license.

Elvira White, 58, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct.

Jeremy Lee Willhite, 46, of Cleveland, was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department and charged with misdemeanor violation of probation.
