ivari Selects Moody’s Analytics Solutions for IFRS 17 Implementation

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Moody’s Analytics, a global provider of financial intelligence, announced today that Canadian insurer ivari has selected the Moody’s Analytics RiskIntegrity™ IFRS 17 solution and the AXIS™ IFRS 17 Link Module for its implementation of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 17.

The cloud-enabled RiskIntegrity IFRS 17 solution has the capabilities required for an efficient implementation of IFRS 17, supporting the needs of actuaries, accountants, and IT professionals. ivari will make use of the software-as-a-service availability to seamlessly integrate the solution into its existing infrastructure, connecting data, models, systems, and processes between actuarial and accounting functions.

The AXIS IFRS 17 Link Module enables clients of the Moody’s Analytics AXIS™ actuarial system, like ivari, to automate their IFRS 17 actuarial calculations and significantly reduce the run times required for their actuarial modeling under IFRS 17. The outputs can then be easily incorporated into the RiskIntegrity IFRS 17 solution.
