IPFW Offers Help Signing Up for Health Insurance Through Affordable Care Act

FORT WAYNE, Indiana, Dec. 1 -- Indiana University-Purdue University issued the following news release:
Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne's (IPFW) Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs and the Center for Healthy Living and Wellness Programs are teaming up to help students, faculty, staff, and their families who are in need of health insurance sign up for coverage through the Affordable Care Act. There will be two different dates and locations for people to get help.
Information tables will be set up at the following:
* Tuesday, December 5: 1-3 p.m., Helmke Library Lobby
* Wednesday, December 13: 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Kettler Hall Lobby
With assistance from "Get America Covered," staff members will offer information for signing up and referrals for assistance to people who need help choosing a plan before the December 15 deadline.
