Inszone Insurance Services: a rapidly growing, national provider of benefits, personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Business Insurance Solutions.

Located in Springfield, Oregon, Business Insurance Solutions has delivered quality insurance to businesses and individuals in Oregon since its founding in 1997.

The acquisition of Business Insurance Solutions provides the first Oregon location for Inszone Insurance Services, establishing a solid base for the company’s entry into the Oregon market. As part of the acquisition, Inszone Insurance will retain Business Insurance Solutions employees and the current location in Springfield, OR.
