Inszone Insurance Services Expands Employee Benefits Expertise with JKJ Benefits, LLC Merger

Business Wire

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is pleased to announce the merger with JKJ Benefits, LLC, a respected employee benefits agency based in Weatherford, Texas. This strategic merger enhances Inszone's employee benefits division and strengthens its presence in Texas, allowing the company to offer more comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.

Founded on April 1, 2008, by Barbara Brewer, Rise’ Kieren and Trina Jackson, JKJ Benefits is a women-owned agency specializing exclusively in employee benefits. The founders each have decades of experience in the insurance industry—Trina since 1979, Barbara since 1986, and Rise’ since 1982. Starting without a book of business, JKJ Benefits grew organically, focusing on high-quality, customized services for their clients. Their dedication to excellence allowed them to build a steady and loyal client base over the years. JKJ Benefits specializes in group benefits, offering a wide range of products including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and more. They also provide individual products such as life insurance, accident, cancer, and critical illness coverage.

Chris Walters, CEO of Inszone Insurance Services, expressed enthusiasm about the merger: "We are excited to welcome the team at JKJ Benefits to Inszone. Their exclusive focus on employee benefits and unwavering commitment to client service align perfectly with our mission. This merger not only enhances our benefits division but also reinforces our dedication to providing comprehensive solutions to our clients."

The founders were drawn to Inszone because of the shared commitment to client service and the assurance that their clients and team would continue to have the support they always valued. Barbara Brewer, co-founder of JKJ Benefits, commented: "We appreciated that Inszone would let us keep doing business the way we've always done, maintaining the high service level our clients expect. As a benefits-focused office with our busiest season at the end of the year, it was crucial that the transition didn't disrupt our operations. While there were learning experiences along the way, we're confident that with continued collaboration, we can provide even greater value to our clients under Inszone."

Clients of JKJ Benefits can expect a seamless transition, with continued access to the same experienced team and high level of service they have come to rely on, now backed by the expanded resources and support of Inszone Insurance Services.

As Inszone Insurance Services continues to grow, the company looks forward to making further announcements of key acquisitions in the coming months, reinforcing its commitment to providing outstanding insurance solutions to communities across the country.
