Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is excited to announce the acquisition of Nugent Insurance Brokers, LLC. With this acquisition, Inszone continues its strategic expansion while welcoming another legacy insurance firm with a proud three-generation history into its growing footprint.

Founded by Valerie and Tom Nugent Jr., Nugent Insurance Brokers has provided clients with top-tier service. The family’s roots in the insurance industry date back to Tom Nugent Sr., who began his career in the 1970s as Newport Pacific Insurance. Following his passing in 1984, Valerie and Tom Jr. continued to build on the family legacy, serving their community with care, dedication, and an emphasis on long-lasting client relationships.

In 2002, the team relocated to Chico, California, and rebranded as Nugent Insurance Brokers, bringing along its strong client base. For decades, the Nugent family has been a part of the insurance industry, offering personalized commercial insurance solutions and becoming a trusted partner for their clients.
