Waite joined the company over fifteen years ago and has held positions at every level – from programming to project management and team leadership. Prior to joining Silvervine, Waite worked for Specialty Insurance, both as an IT Manager and as an Underwriting Manager, gaining valuable insight on customer needs and priorities.

Waite replaces Gary Martin, who is moving on to a corporate role within the Financial Services Division of Silvervine's parent company, Volaris Group. "Mark was the obvious choice for this position.
