Maxwell Frost Citizens Property Insurance Corp. has rebuffed Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost’s criticism of the state-run insurer’s use of arbitration to resolve disputed claims – a process the congressman has said deprives policyholders of their rights to appeal claim rejections.
