Insurance Agents Rank ICW Group a Preferred Work Comp Carrier

Ranked #1 in California and among the top five in the nation, the survey asked independent insurance agents to identify their preferred work comp carrier among all those with whom they do business.

ICW Group ranked among the top 5 nationally in the areas of specializing in workers' compensation, reducing the number of claims and cost of claims to lower ex-mods, and reviewing work comp claims for fraud within 24 hours.

The survey, titled "Agent Voices 2021," was conducted earlier this year by Channel Harvest Research. Each year Channel Harvest Research surveys independent agents nationwide to find out what they think of the carriers they do business with and their views on important issues in the insurance marketplace. This was the 14th Channel Harvest annual survey.
