* Vice President: Thomas Eschen - Satellite Agency Network of New York, Canastota
* Immediate Past-President: Steven Corapi - R.G. Wright Agency, Auburn
* Treasurer: Richard MacDonald - Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Syracuse
* Secretary: Joseph Convertino, Jr. - CH Insurance Brokerage Services, Syracuse
The following people were elected and re-elected to three-year terms on the board of directors:
