Hylant Adds Joe Herman as Senior Vice President, Transactional Risk

TOLEDO, Ohio, Feb. 4 -- Hylant Group, a brokerage firm, issued the following news release:
Hylant, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the U.S., welcomes Joe Herman to the role of senior vice president, transactional risk. With over 25 years of business experience, Herman will work with Strategic Risk Advisor Kip Irle to develop the company's private equity and mergers and acquisitions groups.
"Joe will be 100% focused on seeking deals," said President Andrew Berenzweig.
"This will not only enhance our efforts securing significant one-time transactions - it will also open many opportunities in other core Hylant divisions."
Herman has a master's in business administration from University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's from Defiance College.
