WORTH, Texas, May 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- HomeWell Senior Care, Inc., one of the nation's premiere franchisors of senior home care services in the US and Canada, announced today that Bruce Haase has acquired a majority ownership position in the Company and will serve as Chairman of the Board. HomeWell was founded in 2002 by Joshua Hoffman, a former caregiver, in Seattle, Washington. Lori Yount, CEO, will continue to lead the company and execute a strategy to further enhance services to its franchise owners and expand the HomeWell brand nationwide.
