Homeland HealthCare Adds Two New Executive Vice Presidents

ALLEN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Homeland HealthCare, LLC. (Homeland) announced today that Michael Naumann and Matt Ginter will be joining their executive team effective immediately. Both senior executives will be working under the direction of Chris Carpino, chief sales officer, to develop key sales strategies and client relationships to further grow the company.

Naumann joined Homeland as executive vice president, Strategic Partnerships. He was previously senior strategic advisor, U.S. Broker Sales, for American Family Life Assurance Company (Aflac). Naumann has a pervasive background in deploying new business strategies leading to increased premium and market share.

Ginter joined Homeland as executive vice president, National Accounts. He previously served as second vice president, Broker Sales, at American Family Life Assurance Company (Aflac). Ginter partnered with key brokerages to build and maintain relationships by understanding business goals and developing custom voluntary benefit solutions for their firms to exceed revenue objectives. He also worked to educate and train producers and consultants on the voluntary benefits marketplace, as well as how to leverage voluntary benefits to assist their clients in achieving their HR objectives.
