Hiscox appoints Shali Vasudeva as new Group Chief Operations & Technology Officer

London, UK (8 January 2025): Leading global specialist insurer Hiscox today announces the appointment of Shali Vasudeva as its new Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer* (COTO).

Shali joins Hiscox following five years as Chief Operating Officer of AXA UK & Ireland, where she played a crucial role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. Shali has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects and driving technological innovation in the insurance industry, which will be instrumental in realising Hiscox's ambitious growth plans. Shali will be based in London and sit on the Group Executive Committee.
