HCI Group Sets 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting and Record Date

TAMPA, Fla., March 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HCI Group, Inc. (NYSE:HCI), a holding company with operations in homeowners insurance, information technology services, real estate, and reinsurance, will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time in the 1st Floor Auditorium of its headquarters at 3802 Coconut Palm Drive, Tampa, Florida.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, will be entitled to vote and attend the meeting. Items of business will include the following proposals:

1. To elect Class C Directors
2. To ratify the appointment of external auditors
3. To approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the named executive officers

Shareholders will also consider such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting and any adjournments or postponements thereof.
