PREPAREDNESS SECTION(PRE20)
The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Hazard Mitigation Technical Assistance Program (HMTAP) services in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)/Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA). Three (3) single-award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts will be issued for three geographic zones covering the United States inclusive of its territories. One contract will be awarded for each zone. This support will provide enhanced capacity in meeting pre-disaster, during disaster, and post-disaster mitigation and environmental responsibilities with respect to HMTAP.
