General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space in Laredo, Texas -- Project No. 0TX3086: State: Texas City: Laredo Delineated Area: North: North on Bob Bullock Loop continuing NE. East: Continue E on Bob Bullock Loop to the intersection of E. Saunders/59. South: Continue southwest at the intersection of Bob Bullock Loop and E. Saunders/59 to I-35. West: Turn left on I-35 to Santa Ursula Ave, take Santa Ursula Ave to Ventra St, then right on Ventura to Water St, then left on Water St, then right on Santa Maria Ave to I-35 West, connecting to Bob Bullock Loop north. Space shall be located in a professional office setting and not within 200' of residential areas, and not within 1000' of places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation centers and/or day care centers. Space shall not be located in the same building as day care facilities, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, or drug rehabilitation clinics, immigration, probation, parole, public defenders, and/ or social services. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
