DANVILLE — Geisinger Health Plan was recently named a 2026 best insurance company for Medicare Advantage in Pennsylvania by U.S. News and World Report.
Geisinger Health Plan received a “best overall” rating of 4.2 out of five stars, four out of five stars for screening and prevention and 4.2 out of five stars for care continuity.
The ratings are determined by an evaluation of private insurance companies on the basis of U.S. News’ analysis of more than 30 measures published by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, according to a Geisinger press release.
