Auto damage MDP candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field, and at least a 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA from an accredited college or university. Candidates should also have demonstrated leadership experience - whether on campus, in the community or at work - and possess well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
