Former Federal Reserve Governor Kevin Warsh said on Thursday that he would be’ honored to serve’ if US President Donald Trump nominated him to head the US Central Bank after Jerome Powell’s departure. In an interview with Fox News, he emphasized that if he were in charge of the US central bank today, he would vote for an interest rate cut at next week’s meeting.
