Foley & Lardner LLP represented Goosehead Insurance, Inc. (Goosehead), a rapidly growing, independent personal lines insurance agency, in its execution of an agreement to purchase Vivint Smart Home's (Vivint) insurance book of more than 15,000 policies for $5.5 million.

The purchase allows Goosehead to accelerate growth while providing significant benefits to existing Vivint insurance clients.
