With more than 25 years of wide-ranging experience in management, sales and operations, and technology coaching, Troxler most recently served as Vice President, Regional Sales & Operations Director at Fidelity National Title Group (NYSE: FNF) where she mentored, coached, and trained title and escrow professionals in the western region on various aspects of the industry, including fraud prevention, growing premium revenue, and enhancing the customer experience while driving sales strategy and market development. Prior to that, Troxler was the VP of Training & Technology Solutions for a major title and escrow company where she led the successful integration of various systems and processes, resulting in a significantly more efficient and effective sales team.

Troxler started as a title representative 17 years ago, where she soaked up knowledge of the real estate industry, quickly moving into management roles and national operations leadership that resulted in recording-breaking production backed by her proven business development, dedication to quality of service, and market growth expertise. She established the roots of her career in the dotcom industry where she served in sales, advertising, and technology integration roles before successfully transitioning to the title insurance industry, given her deep understanding of technology experience improvements, customer support, and the critical nature of technology integration.
