First Indemnity Adds Another AM Best Rated Carrier to Increase Underwriting Capacity

LYNN, Mass. (PRWEB) October 20, 2021

First Indemnity Insurance Group, a specialty insurance agency dedicated to professional liability products for lawyers and law firms, announces today they are adding an additional underwriting capacity from a well-known, A (Excellent) AM Best rated company.

"The additional capacity will be used on a primary and excess basis and will serve additional states where the admitted carrier is licensed," said John Randolph, assistant vice president with First Indemnity. "We continue to add capacity and industry expertise, despite the hard market, to support our insureds."

This will be the third general agency contract First Indemnity has added since terminating its relationship in May 2020 with Houston International Insurance Group, now known as Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc.

More than 8,250 law firms procure insurance coverage from First Indemnity.
