Farient Advisors Announces Zanvi Patel as New Partner

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at China Weekly News -- Farient Advisors, a leading independent corporate governance and executive compensation advisory firm, announced the appointment of Zanvi Patel as Partner, effective February 1, 2017.

Ms. Patel brings more than 15 years of experience in compensation and rewards in both consulting and corporate human resources. Prior to joining Farient, she led Global Total Rewards at E*TRADE Financial, where she oversaw compensation and benefits for employees across the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines. Her purview included executive compensation, sales incentive plans, equity administration, charitable giving, employee recognition, and retirement plans. She also served as the Chairperson of the E*TRADE 401(k) committee, Deferred Compensation committee, and Manila Retirement Plan committee for the Philippines.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Patel served as a compensation consultant at McLagan and Johnson Associates where she served global investment banks, commercial banks, fintech companies, reinsurers, asset managers, wealth managers, hedge funds, and private equity firms.

Ms. Patel is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), the Council of Institutional Investors (CII), the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the New York Compensation Association, and WorldatWork. She holds a MBA in Corporate Finance and Financial Instruments and Markets, and a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the NYU Stern School of Business. She is also a member of the Betta Gamma Sigma honor's society.
