Everest Insurance® Announces New Brand Focused Exclusively on U.S. Wholesale Customers

Introduces Everest Evolution™ branding ahead of the WSIA Annual Marketplace in San Diego

WARREN, New Jersey - September 16, 2024 - Everest Insurance®, the insurance division of Everest Group, Ltd. (NYSE: EG), today introduced Everest Evolution™, its new brand for the Company's fast growing U.S. Wholesale business.

The establishment of Everest Evolution™ was driven by clear demand for access to Everest's offerings in the rapidly growing U.S. excess and surplus (E&S) lines market, which accounts for approximately 10% of the country's total direct insurance premium.

The brand launch builds on the Company's progress advancing its wholesale strategy, following the recent appointments of Stephen Buonpane, President, and Danielle Stewart, Chief Operating Officer of Everest Evolution™.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Buonpane stated, "We built Everest Evolution™ from the ground up with branding that reflects Everest's twenty-year track record and deep commitment to serving the wholesale market.
